Due to the nature of our products (digital items), all digitally delivered products are final and non-refundable once delivered
Once a product is delivered (such as gift cards, activation codes, or downloadable files), we cannot verify whether it has been used, and therefore, no returns or refunds can be accepted after delivery

Please make sure to read the product description and system requirements carefully before placing your order


2. 24-Hour Refund (For Eligible Orders Only)

In specific cases, we may allow cancellations or refunds within 24 hours of purchase, but only if the product has not yet been delivered

Examples of eligible cases include

Once the product has been delivered, the order is considered final and non-refundable
